Annually our exhibiting companies decide based on their export stratergies, where they want
to be the following year. With their collated input the following year's exhibition calendar is compiled. Consideration is given to public holidays, religious observances, governmental elections, conflicting local events etc; prior to setting the dates and the venues. Afritex makes it happen!!!

What does the stand cost cover?

The stand area is usaully 3x3m & are open plan.
The stand is equipped with one table, two chairs & a table cloth (if you do not have your own).
Each exhibitor is issued with name tags, 2 x drink vouchers.
Snacks are available at intervals throughout the exhibiton.

Travel arrangements

We advise on flight schedules to & from events
A detailed itinerary for the exhibitor's consideration & planning
Advise on immigration requirements (health & visa).
Advise on car hire companies & contact details.
Booking of shuttles from the airport to hotel & return (fare for the exhibitors account).
Block booking of exhibitor's accommodation. Any savings are passed onto the exhibitor.
Organising road transfers between multiple exhibition venues, but in the same country.

Prior to the exhibition

Invitations are sent out electronically, with timely reminders
Arranging of local introductions (where feasible).

At the exhibition

All invited visitors, are of technical background and from a relevant industry are registered
at the entrance to the exhibition. We capture the visitors name, company, job title and contact
details. They are then presented with a name tag indicating their first name and company.
Accompanying their name tag the visitors are issued with complimentary refreshment vouchers.

Snacks are served at intervals throughout the exhibition.
